Payment is Taken Prior to the Day of Service
Cancellations of confirmed appointments will need to be made with a minimum of a business day's notice. The appointment fee will not be reimbursed. The appointment time can be rescheduled without additional fees or charges. Missed appointments will not be reimbursed as time has been set aside for your appointment only. Cancellations due to illness or unforeseen emergency are considered are are free of charge.

Evaluation when time and proximity allows

Developmental Screening when time and proximity allows
Additional screening follow-up session scheduled after evaluation.
1st Therapy Session when time and proximity allows
60 minute appointment with mini consultation overviewing evaluation report and findings. In addition a Home Exercise Program (HEP) booklet is given that is catered to each individual child, based off the results of their initial evaluation.
Therapy Sessions when time and proximity allows

Re-Evaluations when time and proximity allows
Re-Evaluations are required every 6 months and are conducted in conjunction with therapy sessions. Re-Evals are for keeping track of progressions or regressions in a child's development.
Education & Insight
These appointments do not involve your child/ren. This does not replace an initial consultation appointment for therapy services.
Group Training and Education
School hosted at a flat rate. Helping to recognize unique patterns and signs connected to underlying developmental and sensory processing delays.

CAN Do Kids hosted at a per-person (min 10 persons) rate. Helping to recognize unique patterns and signs connected to underlying developmental and sensory processing delays and Tech and Media Addiction.
Neuro-Developmental Soft Signs Training
1 hour one-on-one parent education without child present (telehealth hosted through zoom). Sensory integration education and how this affects child development.
